Terms & Conditions of Trade

Cult & Boutique offer a diverse selection of quality wines with excellent service. If any element of our service fails to meet your expectations, please feel free to contact us and we’ll do everything we can to resolve your issues as quickly as possible.  

By purchasing a product from us online, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

Orders

Our confirmation of an online order does not constitute a confirmation that all wines are available – in the event of unavailable stock, we will notify you as soon as possible to arrange a refund of payment or suggest an alternative option.

Payments are taken online at the point of sale. If you would prefer to pay by cheque or bank transfer please contact the team with the details of your order and we will provide an invoice for payment. Title to all wines purchased shall remain the property of Cult & Boutique until payment has been received in full.

All verbal orders shall form a contract conditional upon our written confirmation. We require payment in full before goods will be released for shipment unless otherwise is agreed by Cult & Boutique in writing.

Delivery

Standard delivery charges are provided by our website with certain exceptions. If you are unable to obtain a delivery quote via our website, please contact a member of the team on +44 (0) 208 948 9435 or by email info@cultandboutique.com and we will provide a quote for you. We offer free delivery to the following local post-codes – W4, SW13, SW14 & TW9.

In Bond transfers from London City Bond Eton Park to any other London City Bond warehouse will be charged as per LCB’s internal distribution tariff, further details upon request.

Please notify us of any damage or errors with your delivery within 48 hours of receiving the goods.

We are very careful to select wines that meet our strict quality expectations, provenance and use professional wine storage at all times. We are therefore unable to accept responsibility for wines that do not have any technical faults but fail to meet your personal taste or requirements. At our complete discretion, we will consider replacing the remainder of any case sold which is not consumable.

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase any alcoholic product. We operate a ‘Challenge 25’ policy for all deliveries and you may be asked to provide a photo ID. If nobody is present at the point of delivery, or if the courier believes that you are under 18 we will not be able to deliver the Products.
